Terms of use

1. Ovelit Estate is software for keeping records and sending messages. The developer company is responsible for the accuracy of its records, its agreements with buyers and landowners, and its legal and tax obligations.
2. Buyers pay developers directly. OveliTHub does not hold, collect or transfer money between buyers, landowners and developers.
3. Documents produced by the software (receipts, letters, statements) are issued by the developer, not by OveliTHub. Legal references in guides and documents are general information, not legal advice; check the current law and NBR orders.
4. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. If a plan ends, the account stays readable; automation and SMS may pause until it is renewed.
5. Do not upload content you have no right to store, or use the service to send messages people did not agree to receive.
6. The public demo uses fictional data and is reset every night. Do not enter real personal information there.
