Ovelit Estate is run by OveliTHub. This page explains what we store and why.
What developers store
A developer company stores its projects, units, buyers, landowners, payments, documents and messages in its own account. The company decides what to record and who on its team can see it. We process that data only to run the service for them.
Buyers and landowners
If you bought a flat or signed a development agreement with a developer using Ovelit Estate, your details were added by that developer. Ask them to correct or remove information. Your portal login only shows records linked to you.
Messages
Reminders, receipts and notices go by SMS and email through our providers. Every message sent is logged in the developer's account.
Files
Uploaded documents are private files, served only to signed-in users with the right role, or to the buyer when the developer shares a file with them. Construction photos posted to buyers are stored as public image links that are not listed anywhere.
